The process starts with an initial consultation to establish parameters, style of service and resources required. A proposal will be provided with prospective menu items, transportation and staffing requirements based on your needs.
To ensure selection and availability, we request as much advance notice as possible. For special events that involve unique ingredients or extended services, please allow a minimum of 2 weeks notice, depending on the complexity of the event, product availability and staff schedules.
